The Global Reporting Program is a year-long course offered by the University of British Columbia School of Journalism, Writing, and Media.

All donations go directly towards supporting the program. UBC is a registered charitable organization, which means your donation may qualify for a tax credit. Canadian residents who wish to donate will receive a UBC tax receipt by email. Thank you for your support!

Donating as a Canadian resident

Visit UBC’s donation portal.
The form should auto-fill with the correct fund. Your page should look like the example below:

Select either a one-time or monthly donation, plus the amount.
Click “Next” and input your contact and payment information.

International donors

For international donors, UBC has charitable status in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. If you do not wish to receive a tax receipt, you may donate directly through UBC’s donation portal.
